Q: Who can attend the conference?
A: The conference is for Pizza Ranch franchisees, managers, Support Center staff, and approved vendors. New franchisees who have signed a Franchise Agreement are also welcome. If you don’t fit these categories but would like to attend, please contact us.

Q: What is included in the Attendee registration?
A: Attendee registration includes access to all sessions, keynotes, workshops, networking events, the awards banquet, conference materials, and meals during conference days.

Q: When is the registration deadline?
A: While there’s no hard deadline, we encourage conference registration prior to May 4, 2026. Some conference perks may not be available if registering after May 4, 2026. Our group rate at Kalahari Resort expires May 4, 2026, and conference registration may close if we reach capacity.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Business casual attire (jeans, khakis, polos) is appropriate for most sessions. The Awards Banquet requests more formal attire (suits and dresses encouraged but not required). Bring layers as meeting rooms can be cool.

Q: Is the conference family-friendly?
A: Some events are family-friendly, but most sessions are designed for franchisees and managers. Check the agenda for family-friendly events. Wisconsin Dells offers many family attractions if you’d like to extend your trip.

Q: How do I access the conference schedule?
A: The full agenda is available on our Agenda page through Whova. You can also download the Whova mobile app for easy access during the conference.

Q: What if I need special accommodations?
A: Please contact us to discuss accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, or other accommodations.

Q: Is there free Wi-Fi?
A: Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available at Kalahari Resort and in all conference areas.

Q: Can I change my registration to someone else?
A: Yes, substitutions are allowed. Please notify us of the change.

Q: Will sessions be recorded?
A: Some keynote sessions may be recorded, but most breakout sessions will not. Attendance is strongly encouraged.
